If you’re on a tariff of £50 a month, or above, a Geek Squad Agent can scoot out and perform the set-up in person. However, you will need to be within our service area (there’s a handy postcode checker on the Geek Squad website). As part of your free set-up, the Geek Squad Agent will also install your BlackBerry® desktop software and PC synchronisation tools.
No matter whether you signed up for a Line Rental package (on any tarrif) or bought the handset outright, you will find that should you give us a call, the Geek Squad Agents will be more than happy to help set up your BlackBerry!

I'm not surprised that you've stopped updating... I'm still waiting for a return phone call from an agent for over two months now - disgraceful.
Now wonder a lot of my friends only have bad things to say about Geek Squad.
